walnut frosties
This recipe is handed down by Carole Baptiste's mother in law of Elyria Ohio. The gooey topping is addictive!

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour, all purpose
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- TOPPING
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
How To Make walnut frosties

Step 1Preheat to 350. Combine all cookie ingredients. Blend well using a mixer.

Step 2Shape into one inch balls and place two inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Make a depression in center of each cookie. I use the back of a teaspoon.

Step 3Combine topping ingredients and place a teaspoonful in each cookie.

Step 4Bake 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned
