I have no idea how these cookies got their name, but they taste a lot like coconut macaroon cookies. They are a favorite of my best friend, Scooter.

- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pint marshmallow creme topping
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Step 1Mix and cook sugar, milk, and margarine slowly for 8 - 10 minutes.

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients and stir.

Step 3Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper.
