These are so good. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 cup cold vegan margarine
  • 1 tablespoon almond or soymilk
  • 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

How To Make vegan peanut butter cookies

  • Step 1
    In large bowl, whisk flour, baking soda and salt.
  • Step 2
    In another bowl mix sugar, brown sugar and vegan margarine, cream together . Add soy or almond milk, vinegar and peanut butter.
  • Step 3
    Mix all in flour mixture. Roll into balls and flatten crisscross with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes
