Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup cold vegan margarine
- 1 tablespoon almond or soymilk
- 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
How To Make vegan peanut butter cookies

Step 1In large bowl, whisk flour, baking soda and salt.

Step 2In another bowl mix sugar, brown sugar and vegan margarine, cream together . Add soy or almond milk, vinegar and peanut butter.

Step 3Mix all in flour mixture. Roll into balls and flatten crisscross with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes
