1This basic recipe tastes great change it by adding mix-ins of your choice: 1. white or dark chocolate chips 2. pinch of cinnamon and apple and sultana 3.Raisins and Cramberries 4. Walnuts,Almonds, Peanuts
2Preheat oven to 350F. Mash the bananas in a meduim bowl. Add the oats and whichever mix-in you choose and mix.
Shape into balls iwth your hands and place on a baking pan covered with parchment paper(I used parchment instead of greasing the pan). press down into a disc shape if desired.
3Bake for 12-15 minuutes ( mine were done after 12).
Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 12-15 minutes
