  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 box
    vanilla instant pudding small
  • 2 1/2 c
  • 2 large
  • 1 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Tropical Banana Cookies


  1. preheat oven to 350. sift flour, baking soda and salt together and set aside.
  2. cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. add vanilla and dry pudding mix.
  3. beat in eggs and bananas. Add flour mixture and beat until well blended.
  4. fold in coconut. drop on ungreased cookie sheets. bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until golden.
