2 small bananas
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 box vanilla instant pudding small
2 1/2 cups flour
2 large eggs
1 cup coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

How To Make tropical banana cookies

Step 1

preheat oven to 350. sift flour, baking soda and salt together and set aside.

Step 2

cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. add vanilla and dry pudding mix.
Step 3

beat in eggs and bananas. Add flour mixture and beat until well blended.
Step 4

fold in coconut. drop on ungreased cookie sheets. bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until golden.
