My daughter and all her friends beg me to make these, and can't figure out why mine taste so good even when they follow the recipe on the bag. Here's my secret, more vanilla, and double the chips. SSSHHH, Don't tell!

- 1 cup nuts
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 medium eggs
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
