In a large mixing bowl combine the butter, and milk. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, flour, and baking powder, gradually add to the flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips, toffee bits, and coconut.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 " apart onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks and cool completely.
