How to Make Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all together and stir until smooth
  3. Drop by spoonful’s onto a parchment sheet lined baking sheet and slightly flatten each one with a fork in a standard peanut butter cookie pattern.
  4. Bake in oven for 6-8 minutes (do NOT over bake).
They should be soft and slightly brown on the bottom. I realize every oven is different so just keep an eye on them starting at about 6 minutes.
