  • IN A MIXING BOWL ADD

  • 1 stick
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    lemon extract
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1/3 c
    peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • MIX WELL AND ADD

  • 1 1/3 c
    flour
  • 1/3 c
    rolled oats
  • 1/4 c
    sesame seeds
  • 1/8 c
    poppy seeds

How to Make The Ultimate Surprise Cookie

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    Mix it all up and drop by spoonfuls on to a cookie sheet.

    Cook 10-12 minutes and take from oven.
  2. Cookies will be soft and so good.
