Ingredients

  • 4 - laughing cow (wedges)
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar (a little bit more than 1/2 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make the laughing cow cookies! (cream cheese cookies)

  • Step 1
    -Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F / gas mark 6). -In a large bowl, combine cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla. Mix well until smooth. -Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix and form a dough. -Roll the dough on a work surface and cut with a cookie cutter. -Sprinkle sugar on cookies. (Optional) -Place cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
