1 stick
butter, softened
1/2 c
sugar (a little bit more than 1/2 cup)
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
vanilla extract

How to Make The Laughing Cow Cookies! (Cream cheese cookies)


  • 1-Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F / gas mark 6).
    -In a large bowl, combine cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla. Mix well until smooth.
    -Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix and form a dough.
    -Roll the dough on a work surface and cut with a cookie cutter.
    -Sprinkle sugar on cookies. (Optional)
    -Place cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
