I make this at Christmas. It is one of our family's favorites. Everyone who trys it loves it. It's so easy and soooo good. This is super moist and makes a delicious dessert or serve for hoilday gethetings.

Ingredients
- 1 - yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 - egg
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecan
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese
How To Make texas gold bars

Step 1Mix together cake mix, 1/2 cup melted butter, and 1 egg, after mixing place the mixture in a 9x13" baking pan and pat down on all sides to fill the pan.

Step 2Sprinkle with coconut and pecans over the top of mixture.

Step 3Next mix the following ingredients and pour over the cake: 2 cups powder sugar, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon almond extract and 8 oz of cream cheese.

Step 4bake at 300 degreese for ( one ) hour . Let cool and cut into bars.
