Ingredients
- 3/4 cup pitted dates
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup raw pecans
- 2/3 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 8 ounces vegan cream cheese such as follow your heart
How To Make sugar free vegan carrot cake balls

Step 1Put all ingredients except the vegan cream cheese into a food processor and blend together.

Step 2Roll the mixture into balls and gently press your thumb into each ball to create an indentation. Place vegan cream cheese into this indentation on each bite.
