Ingredients For spicy ginger snaps

2 1/4 cflour

2 tspbaking soda

5 tspground ginger

2 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspnutmeg

1/2 tspallspice

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

1/2 cunsalted butter, melted and cooled

1/2 cagave nectar

2 Tbspmaple syrup

1/2 cbrown sugar

1/2 ccoarse sugar

1 lgegg, beaten

1/3 cgranulated sugar
How To Make spicy ginger snaps

1Preheat oven to 350.

2In medium bowl whisk flour, baking soda, 2 tsp. ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, salt and pepper.

3In a large bowl whisk together melted butter, Agave Nectar, maple syrup, brown sugar, granulated sugar, 3 tbsp. of ground ginger and egg.

4Combine all ingredients. Roll in coarse sugar to 1 inch balls. Bake for 12 minutes.
