baking soda
5 tsp
ground ginger
2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp

1/2 tsp
1/2 c
unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1/2 c
agave nectar
2 Tbsp
maple syrup
1/2 c
brown sugar
1/2 c
coarse sugar
1 large
egg, beaten
1/3 c
granulated sugar

How to Make Spicy Ginger Snaps


  • 1Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2In medium bowl whisk flour, baking soda, 2 tsp. ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, salt and pepper.
  • 3In a large bowl whisk together melted butter, Agave Nectar, maple syrup, brown sugar, granulated sugar, 3 tbsp. of ground ginger and egg.
  • 4Combine all ingredients. Roll in coarse sugar to 1 inch balls. Bake for 12 minutes.
