Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 5 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup coarse sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
How To Make spicy ginger snaps

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2In medium bowl whisk flour, baking soda, 2 tsp. ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, salt and pepper.

Step 3In a large bowl whisk together melted butter, Agave Nectar, maple syrup, brown sugar, granulated sugar, 3 tbsp. of ground ginger and egg.

Step 4Combine all ingredients. Roll in coarse sugar to 1 inch balls. Bake for 12 minutes.
