  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 5 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1/2 c
    agave nectar
  • 2 Tbsp
    maple syrup
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    coarse sugar
  • 1 large
    egg, beaten
  • 1/3 c
    granulated sugar

How to Make Spicy Ginger Snaps


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In medium bowl whisk flour, baking soda, 2 tsp. ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, salt and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl whisk together melted butter, Agave Nectar, maple syrup, brown sugar, granulated sugar, 3 tbsp. of ground ginger and egg.
  4. Combine all ingredients. Roll in coarse sugar to 1 inch balls. Bake for 12 minutes.
