1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup butter
2 - eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
CINNAMON SUGAR MIXTURE
1/2 cup sugar
6 teaspoons cinnamon

How To Make snickerdoodles!

Step 1

Mix shortening, butter, sugar and eggs. Mix flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt. Mix all together. Form into balls and roll in cinnamon mixture. Bake 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees.
