An old time favorite. These cookies are rolled into balls and when baked, spread to make perfectly round cookies.

Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
How To Make snickerdoodle cookies

Step 1Cream margarine and sugar together, add eggs and vanilla.

Step 2Blend in flour, cream of tartar and baking soda.

Step 3Mix well. Roll into small balls, size of large marbles. Combine sugar and cinnamon.

Step 4Dip cookie balls into this mixture until well coated. Bake on ungreased or parchment lined cookie sheets until lightly browned about 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven 350 degrees oven.
