2 3/4 cflour
2 tspcream of tartar
1 tspbaking soda
How to Make Snickerdoodle cookies
- Cream margarine and sugar together, add eggs and vanilla.
- Blend in flour, cream of tartar and baking soda.
- Mix well. Roll into small balls, size of large marbles. Combine sugar and cinnamon.
- Dip cookie balls into this mixture until well coated. Bake on ungreased or parchment lined cookie sheets until lightly browned about 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven 350 degrees oven.
