scrumptious chocolate chip cookies (that happen to be egg-free)
My little man has severe food allergies. Finding desserts and food that he can eat that actually taste good is few and far between. These cookies are so yummy!

Ingredients
- - 1/2 cup of butter at room temp
- - 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
- - 1/2 cup of firmly packed light brown sugar
- - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- - 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- - 3 tablespoons of oil
- - 6 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips ( i personally use 12 ounces)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2In a large mixing bowl use an electric mixer set in medium speed and cream the butter and sugarS until fluffy (approx 2 min)

Step 3Slowly sift in flour and baking soda

Step 4add vanilla and oil and mix until completely combined (if the batter is too dry you can add 1-2 tablespoons of water)

Step 5Fold in the chocolate chips

Step 6Drop by spoonfuls in an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for only 8 minutes

Step 7We make these as cookies and most recently made them into a giant cookie for my husband bday cause neither my husband or son likes cake
