My little man has severe food allergies. Finding desserts and food that he can eat that actually taste good is few and far between. These cookies are so yummy!

  • ·
    1/2 cup of butter at room temp
  • ·
    1/3 cup of granulated sugar
  • ·
    1/2 cup of firmly packed light brown sugar
  • ·
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ·
    1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • ·
    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ·
    3 tablespoons of oil
  • ·
    6 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips ( i personally use 12 ounces)

How to Make SCRUMPTIOUS chocolate chip cookies (that happen to be egg-free)


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a large mixing bowl use an electric mixer set in medium speed and cream the butter and sugarS until fluffy (approx 2 min)
  3. Slowly sift in flour and baking soda
  4. add vanilla and oil and mix until completely combined
    (if the batter is too dry you can add 1-2 tablespoons of water)
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips
  6. Drop by spoonfuls in an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for only 8 minutes
  7. We make these as cookies and most recently made them into a giant cookie for my husband bday cause neither my husband or son likes cake
