scott's soccer practice bars
This recipe came off a bag of sugar a few years ago. They have healthy ingredients and taste good too! My husband Scott was a kids' soccer coach several years before I saw this recipe, but the name is just a coincidence and I've never made them for an actual sports team. :)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup oatmeal, uncooked
- 1 package chocolate chips
- ICING
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
How To Make scott's soccer practice bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2Cream butter and sugars.

Step 3Add egg and peanut butter and mix well.

Step 4Stir in baking soda, salt, flour, and ostmeal.

Step 5Press into a 9"x13" baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top.

Step 6Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 7Mix icing ingredients and drizzle over bars.

Step 8Cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.
