How to Make SCOTCH SHORTBREAD COOKIES
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugar. Work in flour.
- If dough is crumbly, mix in 1 to 2 tbsp. soft butter.
- In a greased cookie sheet, pat out all of the dough mixture. Prick with a fork.
- Bake 20 to 30 minutes (until edges are browning).
- Cool. cut into 1 inch squares to serve.
