Ingredients
- 2 sticks imperial margarine
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 - eggs
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding (3.4oz box)
- 1 cup kraft premium caramel bits, and additional for top of cookies
- - kosher salt
How To Make salted caramel cookies

Step 1Cream together margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla.

Step 2Add 1 1/2 cup flour, pudding mix,salt and baking soda and mix well. Then add last 3/4 cups flour, stir until combined and add caramel bits.

Step 3Scoop cookies by tablespoonfuls, dip in small dish of Kosher salt and place on baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Then ad one or two caramel bits to top of each cookie as desired.

Step 4Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Cool on baking sheet 3 to 4 minutes, remove to wire rack to cool completely.
