These bars are so yummy and really easy. I write a food blog, and it was a popular recipe. You can use whatever kind of nuts you like.

These rocky road s'more bars combine two popular childhood treats. The base is a graham cracker crust that's topped with white chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows (similar to a s'more). Then, sliced almonds are sprinkled on top to add a rocky road feel to the cookie bar. As if they're not decadent enough, condensed milk is poured over top. Once baked, these bars are sweet, gooey, sticky, nutty, buttery, and rich in chocolate. Great to bring to a summer cookout or party.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick butter/margarine, melted
  • 6 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)

  • In a bowl, add graham cracker crumbs. Pour butter over them.
