Blue Ribbon Recipe
These rocky road s'more bars combine two popular childhood treats. The base is a graham cracker crust that's topped with white chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows (similar to a s'more). Then, sliced almonds are sprinkled on top to add a rocky road feel to the cookie bar. As if they're not decadent enough, condensed milk is poured over top. Once baked, these bars are sweet, gooey, sticky, nutty, buttery, and rich in chocolate. Great to bring to a summer cookout or party.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick butter/margarine, melted
- 6 ounces white chocolate chips
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
How To Make rocky road s'more bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, add graham cracker crumbs. Pour butter over them.

Step 2Mix until well combined.

Step 3Pat into an even layer in a 13 X 9 pan.

Step 4Sprinkle the white chocolate and semi-sweet chips over the crust.

Step 5Sprinkle the marshmallows and nuts over the chips.

Step 6Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the top.

Step 7Bake for 20-25 minutes (check after 20 minutes).

Step 8It should be light golden brown. Remove from oven and cool. Cut into bars.
