Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or earth balance "butter"
- 1 1/5 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 eggs or prepared ener-g egg replacer
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/5 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup seedless raisons
- 1 cup ground nuts (pecans or walnuts)
How To Make rock cookies - vegan option

Step 1Set oven at 375 degrees. Cream the "butter" and the sugar. Once fluffy add the eggs one at a time and beat thoroughly.

Step 2Combine all dry ingredients. Add raisons and nuts to dry ingredients.

Step 3Add dry ingredients slowly to creamed butter, sugar and egg mixture. Mix thoroughly.

Step 4Drop by spoonfuls or cookie scoop on to cookie sheet (greased or on silicone pad)

Step 5Could for 8-10 minutes.
