Rock and Rise Ranger cookies

Latisha Pinkston

These cookies are breakfast in your hand, with oats, nuts, fruit and Bacon! I made these for the bacon loving guys at my job and they hung around the plate with their coffee singing their praises! Definitely not a cookie to take to your office when there is work to be done. For vegetarians omit the bacon, they are still delicious!
