Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

I used bittersweet chocolate chips the first time I made these, semi-sweet the second and milk chocolate the third. Each was a yummy choice.

Make 24 Cookies


  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 can(s)
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
  • 1(5.1 oz) pkg
    instant vanilla pudding
  • 2
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1 c
    fresg raspberries, halved

How to Make Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cookies


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the butter and the sugars.
  3. Add the pudding and mix until well blended.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  5. Add the flour and baking soda, continue mixing.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips and then gently fold in the raspberries.
  7. Place golf ball size balls on cookie sheets. Bake 15 minutes. Let cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheets.
  8. Enjoy!
