Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 11/2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 11/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sweet bits
- 1/2 cup raw sugar
How To Make pumpkin cinnamon chip cookies

Step 1In medium bowl, whisk melted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar.

Step 2Whisk in the vanilla and pumpkin puree until smooth.

Step 3In large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.

Step 4Mix the pumpkin mixture into the dry ingredients. Fold in the cinnamon chips.

Step 5Cover the dough and refrigerate 30 minutes.

Step 6Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Step 7Using about 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough roll into balls.

Step 8Flatten cookie balls with glass that has been dipped in raw sugar.

Step 9Bake 10 -12 minutes.

Step 10Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes before removing to wire cooling racks.
