potato chip cookies, chain skimmers
I was a member of the Chain Skimmers Jr Waterski club, and made these for a fundraiser we had. They went super fast, and were surprisingly good!

Ingredients
- 1 pound margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1 cup crushed potato chips (regular chips, not flavored)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make potato chip cookies, chain skimmers

Step 1cream together the butter and sugar. Add 1 cup at a time: flour, potato chips. Add vanilla and pecans. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
