potato chip cookies, chain skimmers

I was a member of the Chain Skimmers Jr Waterski club, and made these for a fundraiser we had. They went super fast, and were surprisingly good!

Ingredients For potato chip cookies, chain skimmers

  • 1 lb
    margarine
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3 c
    sifted flour
  • 1 c
    crushed potato chips (regular chips, not flavored)
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make potato chip cookies, chain skimmers

  • 1
    cream together the butter and sugar. Add 1 cup at a time: flour, potato chips. Add vanilla and pecans. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
