pfeffernüssen (pepper nuts)
All my life Pfeffernüsse has been a favorite part of the holidays! They made my grandmother so proud of her German roots even though she didn’t make them herself. We all loved them so and I wanted to make my own so after a lot of research and trial and error, I came up with this recipe! Now we never buy them anymore. The recipe should make about 175 cookies Per/cookie Un-iced Iced Cal; 30.6 40.4 Fat; 1.2g. 1.2g Carbs; 4.4g. 6.8g Protein; .64g. .68g
