**Use gluten free oats and cereal for an easy gluten free treat!
Ingredients
-
3 ccrispy oats cereal(like cheerios)
-
3 ccrispy rice cereal(like rice crispies)-i use a brown rice version
-
1 1/2 craisins
-
1/2 crolled oats
-
1/2 cchopped peanuts
-
1 choney
-
1/4 csugar(i use sucanat or turbinado)
-
1 tspvanilla
-
116oz. jar natural peanut butter
-
3/4 cchocolate chips
How to Make Peanut Butter Trail Mix Bars
- Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Combine the honey and the sugar in a saucepan and heat on med. til boiling. Cook and stir 1 min. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and peanut butter. Pour over ingredients in bowl and quickly stir to combine. Let cool slightly(about 2 min.), then stir in chocolate chips. Press into buttered 11x15 pan. Let cool til set then cut into squares.
