Ingredients
- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup reduced-fat smooth peanut butter
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make peanut butter-oatmeal cookies

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Line a lg baking sheet w/ parchment paper. In bowl, stir oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another lg bowl, beat butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add both sugars, mix well. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add oat mix to peanut butter mix, mix well. Shape into 1" balls, place on baking sheet 2" apart. Flatten w/ floured fork. Bake 8-10 min or until lightly browned.
