The recipe says to use a 1/3 cup measure for each cookie but I dont make them that big, I use a heaping Tablespoon. Very good with a cold glass of milk or a hot cup of coffee

Ingredients For peanut butter jumbos

  • 1/2 cup softened marg
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. van
    1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 1/2 cup instant oatmeal not cooked
  • 1 cup choc chips
  • 1 cup m&ms

How To Make peanut butter jumbos

    Preheat oven to 350% Cream together the marg, sugars, Peanut butter & eggs in a large bowl until light. Blend in baking soda, vanilla & oats untilwell mixed. Stir in choc chips & M&Ms.

    Drop by heping Tablespoon on to a greased or you may use parchment paper cookie sheet. Press the tops down to slightly flatten. Place a couple inches apart.

    Bake 12 to 15 min. or untilfirm in the center. Remove to wire racks to cool
