Ingredients

  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter (jiff)
  • 1 cup butter - room temperature
  • 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How To Make peanut butter cookies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    Combine flour, salt, and baking soda together in a bowl and whisk together well to incorporate. Set aside.
  • Step 3
    Combine butter, brown sugar and white sugar well. Add peanut butter and eggs, mix well.
  • Step 4
    Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well.
  • Step 5
    Drop by TBS fulls on cookie sheet. Use fork tongs to press ball down and create cross-hatch pattern.
  • Step 6
    Bake 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, depending on your oven.
