My friend Mark got this recipe from the test kitchen--it was never published. A tasty benefit to working where you can sample from the test kitchen, if I do say so myself!

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
How To Make original toll house cookies (not recipe on bag)

Step 1Combine flour and soda and salt. Beat butters, sugars and vanilla and add to flour. Add eggs, then chips and drop onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees 9-11 min.
