Ingredients

3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup melted butter
1 large egg
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
20 - oreo cookies

How To Make oreo cookie muffins

Step 1

Place cookies in food processor and process until crushed. Place flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cookies in a large bowl.

Step 2

In a small bowl mix the butter, milk, egg, and sour cream. Mix the wet ingredients together with the dry ingredients.
Step 3

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Fill each cup 3/4 full. Bake about 20 minutes
