I got one of my random after dinner sweet tooth attacks tonight but couldn't decide what I wanted. Cookies? Nah. Ice cream? Nope. That little bottle of Bailey's hiding in the back of the fridge? Hmmmm...no. Wait! How about all three?!? 5 minutes later, my husband and I were enjoying one of tastiest shakes we've ever had. Gotta love those random concoctions. =D

  • 2 c
    half and half (or milk)
  • 16
    gingersnap cookies
  • 4 large
    scoops of french vanilla or coffee ice cream (more or less, i wasn't really measuring for this part lol)

    shots irish cream liqueur

How to Make Oh Snap! Gingersnap Shake with a Kick


  1. Blend cookies and half and half together until cookies are completely crushed.
  2. Add ice cream and liqueur, and blend until smooth.
  3. Fancy it up with some whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, cookie crumbs, a piece of candied ginger, or even all of the above.
