Ingredients

3/4 cbutter,softened

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 cgranulated sugar

1 tspbaking powder
-
1/4 tspbaking soda
-
2 largeeggs
-
1 tspvanilla
-
2 call purpose flour
-
2 cany oatmeal ( i use quick cooking or old fashioned)

1 1/2 cpeanut butter chips
How to Make Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
- Preheat oven to 375^.
In a large bowl, beat butter on medium speed. Add brown sugar, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Beat until combine. (if more peanut butter taste is desired , add 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter,now). - Beat in eggs and vanilla until mixed well.
Beat in flour gradually until combined.
Stir in oats and peanut butter chips by hand mixing well to combine.
Drop cookie dough by rounded Tablespoon on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to cooling racks or paper to cool.
