Ingredients
- 3 large egg whites
- 1 cup reduced fat peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, if desired
How To Make oatmeal peanut butter cookies

Step 1In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites and brown sugar. Beat in peanut butter, applesauce, honey , and vanilla. Combine the oats, flour, milk powder, chips and baking soda; gradually add to peanut butter mixture, beating until combined.

Step 2Drop by Tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto baking sheets coated with spray. Bake at 350^ for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
