If you want gluten-free cookies, use GF oats. These are REALLY good and no one would ever know they were wheat free, 100% whole grain and lower in sugar than most cookies.

Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour(you can grind oats in blender or food processor to make your own)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar(i use sucanat)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, light olive oil or grapeseed oil
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 2/3 cups regular oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips(or raisins, nuts or combination)
How To Make oatmeal chocolate chip cookies(wheat free)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper or silicone mat.

Step 2Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt and whisk well.

Step 3Add the yogurt, oil and egg and blend. Stir in the oats and chocolate chips.

Step 4Drop onto cookie sheets and bake for 8 or nine minutes. Don't over bake...the centers should still look slightly soft.
