Method:
Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 c
    butter softened
  • 1 c
    oil
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 4 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How to Make No roll sugar cookie

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat sugar, powdered sugar and butter until light and fluffy
  2. Add oil, vanilla and eggs - blend well
  3. Stir in flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt
  4. Mix well
  5. Cover with plastic, refrigerate 2 hours or overnight
  6. Preheat oven to 375
  7. Shape dough into 1 inch balls
  8. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet
  9. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar
  10. Bake 5-8 minutes until set
  11. Immediately remove from the cookie sheet
