A different twist on a no-bake cookie that will disappear as fast as you can make them. Very easy and delish!

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp
    maple syrup
  • 3 c
    long-cooking oats, uncooked
  • 1 c
    coconut

How to Make No-Bake Maple Cookies - Steph

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine brown sugar, milk and butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil; boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well to mix. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Allow to cool. Store cookies in an airtight container, using waxed paper to separate the layers. Makes 3 dozen.
