I've had many No-Bake Cookies in my life. These are always my favorite. They melt in your mouth. They aren't dry nor crumbly, they're moist and hold their shape and the taste is amazing.

  • 2 c
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1/2 c
    butter (1 stick )
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 pinch
  • 3 c
    old-fashioned oats (not instant)
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 1 tsp

How to Make No-Bake Cookies


  1. In a medium saucepan, bring butter, milk, salt, sugar, and cocoa to a rolling rapid boil. Whisk.
  2. Once it's at a rolling boil, boil for only 1.5 mins only. (I usually set my timer). Then take off heat.
  3. Whisk peanut butter and vanilla until melted. Then stir oats in.
    Working quickly, spoon cookies onto wax paper and let them cool.
