Found this recipe at All Recipes and thought I would make them for my little granddaughters. Chill time is not included in prep time.

Ingredients

  • - chill time is not included in prep time.
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter, creamy, for small children
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed

How To Make no bake bumpy peanut butter nuggets

  • Step 1
    Combine first three items, in a large mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, until thoroughly combined.
  • Step 2
    Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Chill thoroughly, before serving. Store nuggets in the refrigerator. Makes 30 balls. Nutrition: One ball 46 cal, 2.9 g fat (0.8 g sat), <1 mg chol, 18 mg sod, 74 mg potassium, 3.8 g carb, 0.7 g fiber, 1.9 g protein
