Ingredients For no bake bumpy peanut butter nuggets

  • 1/2 c
    natural peanut butter, creamy, for small children
  • 1/4 c
    nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/4 c
    unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/3 c
    rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 c
    wheat germ
  • 1/4 c
    unsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed

How To Make no bake bumpy peanut butter nuggets

    Combine first three items, in a large mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, until thoroughly combined.

    Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Chill thoroughly, before serving. Store nuggets in the refrigerator. Makes 30 balls. Nutrition: One ball 46 cal, 2.9 g fat (0.8 g sat), <1 mg chol, 18 mg sod, 74 mg potassium, 3.8 g carb, 0.7 g fiber, 1.9 g protein
