Ingredients

  • 12 ounces dark chocolate chips
  • 16 ounces vanilla almond bark or candiquick
  • 15 ounces jar creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups rice krispies cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmellows

How To Make no bake avalanche cookies

  • Step 1
    Prepare two cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
    Melt the almond bark in a large bowl in microwave until melted and smooth. Stir in the peanut butter then let it cool a bit.
  • Step 3
    Stir in the rice krispies, marshmallows and dark chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls on the prepared cookie sheets. Pop them in the fridge and let harden.
