My absolute favorite cookie. I have added Heath chocolate toffee bits to the original recipe that just makes these even more delicious!

  • 2 c
    butter, softened
  • 4 c
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 c
  • 2 c
    brown sugar
  • 5 c
    oatmeal (in blender until fine powder)
  • 24 oz
    chocolate chips
  • 16 oz
    heath chocolate toffee bits (2 bags)
  • 1 tsp
  • 8 oz
    chocolate bar grated
  • 4
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 3 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp

How to Make Neiman Marcus Cookies


  1. Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add chocolate chips, Heath bits, chocolate bar and nuts. This is a very dry dough with a lot of ingredients which makes this hard to stir. I have found once adding dry ingredients it's just easier to mix by hand until thoroughly combined.
  2. Roll dough into balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 375.
