Oh my goodness!! These are the BEST!! The recipe makes a lot. but you will be surprised at how fast they are eaten!! Enjoy! They freeze well. Great for gifts, or bake sales, fundraisers, etc... Can easily be wrapped individually.

Ingredients

12 - eggs
2 pounds brown sugar
4 cups granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon karo syrup
8 teaspoons baking soda
1 pound butter
3 pounds peanut butter
18 cups oats, quick cooking
2 pounds m&ms
2 pounds chocolate chips (or 4 lbs and no m&m's)

How To Make monster cookies

Step 1

Mix first 8 ingredients well. (cream butter and sugar first)

Step 2

Add oatmeal a little at a time, until thoroughly mixed.
Step 3

Using ice cream scoop, place on cookie sheet. Press down a little.
Step 4

Bake at 350 until done. Be sure you DON'T overcook! They are better a little undercooked, so they are chewy.
