Mom was not great at sharing information on recipes, it comes from being such a wonderful chef. This one says moderate oven, so I always start at 350 degrees. I check the first batch, round about 5 min, and then adjust the time from there. These cookies are so good you won't want to wait for them to cook, or cool!

1Blend together, put through a press. Bake in moderate oven until lightly browned.
