How to Make Mom's Butterscotch Clusters

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt chips and peanut butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat. Add cornflakes and peanuts. Drop on wax paper and refrigerate.
  2. Note: You can substitute the nuts and cornflakes with 3 ounces of chow mein noodles and 1 cup marshmallows. This is the way I prepare it.
