I found this recipe on recipelion.com. My husband loves moon pies so thought I would make them for him, both him and my grandson loved them, I don't eat moon pies.

- 25 - ritz crackers
- 25 teaspoons peanut butter
- 25 teaspoons marshmallow cream
- 4 ounces milk or dark chocolate
How To Make mock moon pie cookies

Step 1Line cookie sheet with waxed paper, may take two cookie sheets. Place ritz on cookie sheet, top with peanut butter, then marshmallow cream. Refrigerate 30 minutes to an hour. Melt chocolate, with spoon cover marshmallow cream and peanut butter with choclate. Keep refrigerated.
