1/4 cbrown sugar

1 tspvanilla

1 call purpose flour

2 Tbspoatmeal, uncooked

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1 cchocolate chips

1/2 cnuts
How To Make mimi's chocolate chip cookies

1Mix the Crisco and sugars. Blend in the egg and vanilla.

2Put the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the chocolate and nuts and stir just till mixed well.

3Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on if you like soft or crunchy cookies. Remember, they will still bake while cooling down...enjoy!
