Midnight Pumpkin Patch Cookies

Brandi Kirkpatrick

Okay this is an adapted recipe from Maryann Ciaravino-Malone. First off, LOVED it! Secondly, I had to adjust it mainly due to the fact that I don't consume coffee. The only change I made was omitting the coffee, doubling (making for a bunch of 8-12 year old girls), and adding more chocolate chips.

However, as I was testing the cookies I had an epiphany!!!! How fabulous would these be with dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, blueberries, etc) as well! Of course then we get into varying the cake mix (carrot, spice, etc)!!! The possibilities are endless and I love recipes like this!
