borden's prepared mincemeat or other
1/2 c
evaporated milk
1/4 c
1 tsp
rum extract
3 c
bisquick baking mix
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp

How to Make Merrymaker Cookies


  • 1Heat oven to 375^.
    In a large saucepan heat mincemeat ,eggnog and milk to simmering, stirring frequently. Cook until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Dough will be soft and sticky.
  • 2Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet.

    Bake about 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool on wire rack or paper.
