Easy drop cookies, moist and spicy with eggnog, rum and Bisquick, of course!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups borden's prepared mincemeat or other
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon rum extract
  • 3 cups bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make merrymaker cookies

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 375^. In a large saucepan heat mincemeat ,eggnog and milk to simmering, stirring frequently. Cook until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Dough will be soft and sticky.
  • Step 2
    Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool on wire rack or paper.
