Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups borden's prepared mincemeat or other
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup eggnog
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
- 3 cups bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make merrymaker cookies

Step 1Heat oven to 375^. In a large saucepan heat mincemeat ,eggnog and milk to simmering, stirring frequently. Cook until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Dough will be soft and sticky.

Step 2Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool on wire rack or paper.
