How to Make Meringue Cranberry Kisses
- Heat oven to 325° F.
- Beat egg whites until frothy.
- Gradually beat in sugar. Beat with mixer until very stiff.
- Stir in salt, vanilla and Craisins.
- Drop heaping teaspoons of mixture two to three inches apart on silicone lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until set and delicately browned.
- Slip off with spatula and let cool.
