Ingredients
- ½ cup egg whites
- 1¼ cups sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups craisins, dried cranberries
How To Make meringue cranberry kisses

Step 1Heat oven to 325° F.

Step 2Beat egg whites until frothy.

Step 3Gradually beat in sugar. Beat with mixer until very stiff.

Step 4Stir in salt, vanilla and Craisins.

Step 5Drop heaping teaspoons of mixture two to three inches apart on silicone lined baking sheet.

Step 6Bake for about 20 minutes or until set and delicately browned.

Step 7Slip off with spatula and let cool.
